Yip Cider

Yip Cider

Nestled along the scenic Saint John River in Long Reach, Yip Cider is a family-owned cidery with deep roots in the community. Founded by Yip Mackay in 1964, the orchard began as a haven for apple cultivation and cider-making, traditions lovingly carried on by his son Chas and his grandchildren. Today, Yip Cider offers a vibrant mix of handcrafted ciders, including unique varieties, all made from apples grown on their 10-acre orchard.

Visitors are welcomed into a spacious taproom with a stunning riverfront patio, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The cidery hosts live music, serves wood-fired pizzas and local snacks, and even features lawn games for all ages. Community spirit thrives at Yip Cider through events like the annual Yip Fest, which blends craft beverages, live entertainment, and fun activities. With cider tastings and behind-the-scenes tours, it's a must-visit destination for locals and travelers alike.
