Kredl's opened in 1980 and has grown into a hub for local farm products and tourism. They sell everything that local farms offer including fruit and vegetables, meat, maple products, local preserves, honey and more. They also sell 60+ flavours of ice cream, fresh in-store baking, extensive shrub yard and nursery and mulch and soil yard. The Kredl's BBQ Cookhouse is very popular as well, serving customers daily for lunch and supper.
Land acknowledgement
The Saint John Region is situated on the traditional and unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik, Mi’Kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Nations. This territory is covered by Peace and Friendship Treaties signed with the British Crown in the 1700s. The treaties did not surrender the territory and resources, but recognized Wolastoqiyik, Mi’Kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati title, and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations.
