The Irving Oil Field House is home to a 200- meter, 6-lane indoor Track, a long jump pit, high jump, shot put, and pole vault. The facility also has two indoor turf fields that are each 92 x 172 feet with 8 team change rooms. The turf is suitable for a wide variety of sports such as soccer, lawn bowling, football, rugby, ultimate Frisbee, softball or baseball land training, cheerleading, ball hockey, lacrosse, and field hockey.

The facility plays host to major aquatic sports events, recently hosting the Maine State Swim Championship & Atlantic Cup. The pool facility includes a 50m eight-lane pool and diving complex, 2 x 25m warm water leisure pools and a tots pool facility, as well as on deck hot tubs, sauna, and steam room.
