Originally from Cape Breton, Mike Beaton started out in the Halifax music scene and was the driving force behind the band ‘The Downtown Getdown’, before moving to NB and branching out as both a solo artist and one half of popular local band, ‘The BakerBeaton Band’. With roots in blues and funk, Mike has a varied set list of crowd favorites, deep cuts, and originals - delivered with searing guitar solos and rich vocals.
