Nuclear Meltdown - Scare to Care Haunted Attraction

Dates: October 17-19, 24-28 
7pm-10pm -  685 Fairville Boulevard

Prepare to be scared - for a good cause! Tour this haunted house - if you dare... (not recommended for small children... or adults who might be prone to nightmares 🙋‍♀️).

The Squirrel Trail Becomes the Spook Trail

Date: October 19
3:30pm-5pm (ages 8 and under) 7pm-8:30pm (ages 8 and up) - Irving Nature Park

Decorate a small portion of the Squirrel Trail, learn how various symbols have come to be associated with Halloween and hear ghost stories (child-friendly stories on the afternoon walk).

Come in your costume and enjoy treats, keeper talks and various children's activities - fun for the whole family!

Run 4 UR Life / Kids Candy Crawl

Date: October 26
4pm-8pm - Quispamsis qplex (20 Randy Jones Way)

A 5km fun run at dusk through lit qplex trails with potential for creepy creature surprises. Kids (aged 2-9) can enjoy a Candy Crawl with challenging obstacles, filling candy bags along the way. Halloween costumes or bright colours encouraged!

Rothesay Spook Trail with Storyteller David Goss

5pm-8pm - Bill McGuire Centre (93 James Renforth Drive)

Face painting, hot chocolate and Halloween treats! Come in costume and enjoy one of two spooky walks - one aimed at younger children, the other at older ones.

Light Up the Park & Green Your Halloween

6:30pm-8pm - Quispamsis Arts & Culture Park (12 Landing Court)

Give your jack-o-lantern one more night of glory! Bring your carved creation(s) to light up the park and then be composted, enjoy Halloween fireside stories with David Goss and hot chocolate (bring your mug from home). ☕️

Dia de Muertos - Day of the Dead

11am-5pm - New Brunswick Museum

Learn about the day of the dead in Mexican culture, paint your own Mexican Calavera and watch Disney Pixar's Coco! A great family day to wrap up Halloween festivities.
